This role will oversee all aspects of international assignments and mobility programs, serving as a key liaison between U.S. and Japan-based stakeholders.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">The successful candidate will manage global mobility operations, support expatriate employees throughout their assignment lifecycle, ensure compliance with immigration, payroll, and tax requirements, and collaborate with both internal teams and external service providers.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">This is an excellent opportunity for a mobility professional with strong U.S.-Japan experience and a background in international HR, payroll, tax, and expatriate administration.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Manage all aspects of global mobility, including relocation, immigration, payroll, tax, benefits, and assignment administration.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Oversee the complete lifecycle of international assignments from initiation through repatriation.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Act as the primary liaison between U.S. HR, Japan headquarters, business leaders, assignees, and external vendors.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Ensure compliance with immigration, payroll, tax, and employment regulations.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Partner with legal counsel and service providers on immigration matters and policy administration.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Manage relationships with relocation, tax, payroll, immigration, and benefits vendors.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Review, develop, and enhance mobility policies, procedures, and operational processes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Support cross-border employee transfers and expatriate programs.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Lead, coach, and develop Global Mobility team members.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Provide guidance and support to senior management on mobility-related matters.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Maintain accurate mobility records and reporting through HRIS and payroll systems.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 13.5pt\">Required<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Bachelor&#039;s degree.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Business-fluent or native-level Japanese and English language proficiency.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">7-10+ years of experience in Global Mobility, International HR, or a related field.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Experience managing international assignments and expatriate populations.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Strong knowledge of: <\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Immigration processes<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Global mobility programs<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Payroll administration<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">International tax compliance<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">HRIS systems<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Relocation and benefits administration<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Previous experience managing or mentoring team members.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 13.5pt\">Preferred<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Experience supporting U.S.-Japan mobility programs.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Background in financial services, banking, securities, or multinational corporations.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Knowledge of mobility-related accounting and cost allocation.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Experience working with headquarters and regional HR teams across multiple countries.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span
