CA<\/p>\n<p><strong>Work Hour<\/strong>: 8-5<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Salary: Approximately $50,000 per year<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated <\/span><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Shipping Clerk \/ Logistics Coordinator<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\"> to support daily shipping, receiving, inventory, and export operations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">This position will be responsible for a variety of logistics-related tasks, including preparing shipping documents, coordinating with freight forwarders, managing inventory, and working closely with warehouse and internal departments to ensure smooth and timely shipments.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Training will be provided, and candidates with limited logistics experience are welcome to apply if they are eager to learn and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">As you become familiar with the operation, you will have the opportunity to take greater ownership of the shipping and logistics process.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Process receiving transactions based on packing slips<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Support receiving and inventory management<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Prepare shipping invoices and other shipping-related documents<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Coordinate domestic and international shipments with freight forwarders<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Obtain necessary shipping and export documents from freight forwarders and provide them to international customers<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Coordinate with warehouse staff and inspectors to ensure shipments are processed accurately and on schedule<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Work with Customer Service, Purchasing, and Sales teams to resolve discrepancies related to products or documentation<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Support import\/export and general logistics operations<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Perform product inspection tasks as needed<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Maintain, scan, and file shipping and logistics documents<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Communicate with external vendors and service providers related to shipping operations<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Stay informed of relevant industry and regulatory updates<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Participate in seminars and training programs as needed<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Obtain job-related certifications when required<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Follow the company&#039;s AS9120 Quality Management System (QMS) procedures<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Provide general support to the Logistics Department and other departments as needed<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">College degree or equivalent education and\/or work experience<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Previous experience in shipping, logistics, warehouse operations, import\/export, or a related field is preferred, but not required<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Ability to read and understand basic business documents such as purchase orders, packing slips, and supplier documents<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Comfortable learning company software and internal systems<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Ability to write routine business emails, reports, and correspondence<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Strong organizational skills and attention to detail<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Good communication and coordination skills<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Ability to adapt to changes in procedures, regulations, and work instructions<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Willingness to learn and continuously improve work performance<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Ability to work independently while also supporting team members and other departments<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative when appropriate<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Training<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Training will be provided by supervisors and management during the initial <\/span><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">3-month probationary period<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Additional training will also be provided throughout the year as needed to ensure employees are familiar with company procedures, regulatory requirements, and job responsibilities.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Physical Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Ability to read reports, review documents, use a computer, and visually inspect products<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, customers, and business partners<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Ability to move between departments and
