We are seeking a **Japanese-English bilingual Customer Service Representative Associate** to join the Insurance Division of a well-established company.<\/span><\/p>\n

This is a great opportunity for someone who would like to build a career in customer service and insurance while utilizing both Japanese and English on a daily basis.<\/span><\/p>\n

**Previous customer service experience is not required.** Candidates with general office or professional work experience are welcome to apply.<\/span><\/p>\n

Job Responsibilities<\/span><\/p>\n

* Provide customer support by phone and email in both Japanese and English<\/span><\/p>\n

* Request documents and gather necessary information from insurance providers and related parties<\/span><\/p>\n

* Assist with insurance claim processing<\/span><\/p>\n

* Enter and maintain customer and claim information accurately<\/span><\/p>\n

* Provide general administrative support related to insurance operations<\/span><\/p>\n

* Communicate with internal teams and external contacts as needed<\/span><\/p>\n

Qualifications<\/span><\/p>\n

*Japanese: Fluent \/ professional-level speaking, reading, and writing<\/span><\/p>\n

* English: Fluent \/ professional-level speaking, reading, and writing<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Computer Skills<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

* Basic proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Word, and Excel<\/span><\/p>\n

* Comfortable using email and internet-based systems<\/span><\/p>\n

* Typing speed of approximately 30 WPM or higher<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Experience<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

* 1<\/span>\u2013<\/span>3 years of general work experience preferred<\/span><\/p>\n

* Previous customer service experience is **not required**<\/span><\/p>\n
