Position Summary<\/span><\/h2>\n

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a large-scale Capital Markets transformation project at a commercial bank, including the replacement of Rates and FX trading platforms.<\/span><\/p>\n

The role will focus on business and system impact assessments, stakeholder coordination, and project delivery across front-office, middle-office, and downstream applications. You will work closely with business and technology teams in both Japan and the U.S.<\/span><\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/h2>\n
    \n
  • Conduct business and system impact assessments across multiple applications and interfaces<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Gather and document business and system requirements<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Analyze impacts related to Rates and FX trading platforms<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Coordinate with business, technology, and project stakeholders<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Support project planning, testing, implementation, and issue resolution<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Work with teams across Japan Head Office, U.S. Branch, and Capital Markets functions<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Minimum Qualifications<\/span><\/h2>\n
      \n
    • 7+ years of experience in banking technology or Capital Markets projects<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Strong experience in Business Analysis and System Analysis<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Strong understanding of Capital Markets products, including Rates and\/or FX<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Experience conducting impact assessments across multiple systems<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Excellent communication and documentation skills<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Business-level Japanese and English are required<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      \ufeff<\/span>Preferred Qualifications<\/span><\/h2>\n
        \n
      • Experience with Treasury, Trading, Risk, Market Data, DWH, or Regulatory Reporting systems<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Experience in trading platform replacement or large-scale transformation projects<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Knowledge of front-office, middle-office, and back-office data flows<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Experience working with Japanese financial institutions<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Experience supporting cross-border projects between Japan and the U.S.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
