Position Overview<\/strong><\/h3>\n

A Japanese food manufacturing company is seeking a motivated Sales Associate<\/strong> to join our team. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, driving sales of their products, and ensuring high-quality customer service within the assigned territory.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Develop and manage customer relationships to maximize business opportunities.<\/li>\n
  • Travel to customer facilities to provide support, product information, and service.<\/li>\n
  • Achieve sales goals through proactive customer engagement and territory management.<\/li>\n
  • Communicate new product and service opportunities, customer needs, and market trends to internal teams.<\/li>\n
  • Collaborate with accounting, operations, and logistics teams to support sales objectives.<\/li>\n
  • Prepare timely reports and participate in quarterly inventory counts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Language skills:<\/strong> Proficiency in Japanese, Chinese, or Korean plus<\/strong> English.<\/li>\n
    • High School Diploma \/ GED required; college degree preferred.<\/li>\n
    • 3 years of sales experience in the Asian food industry<\/strong> preferred.<\/li>\n
    • Knowledge of Asian groceries and services.<\/li>\n
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n
    • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office); willingness to learn ERP systems (Oracle).<\/li>\n
    • Valid driver\u2019s license and ability to travel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
