This position will serve as a key point of contact for customers, support technical and commercial discussions, prepare quotations, and ensure smooth order and delivery processes.<\/p>\n<p>The role is primarily focused on <strong>existing account management rather than new business development<\/strong> and is ideal for someone who enjoys building long-term customer relationships while handling detailed sales and account coordination.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing customer accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Serve as a primary customer contact and facilitate commercial and technical discussions with internal teams.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare quotations and coordinate customer orders, deliveries, and related transactions.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate customer and sales information using Excel and company systems.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor account activity, customer needs, and payment status, and provide regular updates to management.<\/li>\n<li>Support new sales opportunities and other sales activities as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2\u20135 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related customer-facing role preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent English communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.<\/li>\n<li>English at an idiomatic level is required.
