Location: South New Jersey<\/span><\/p>\n

9:00-5:30, M-F<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

$110-130K plus full benefits package<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Monthly Closing Related Items\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Match Vendor invoices and Enter into the Accounting System<\/span><\/p>\n

Review Accounts Payable Batches for accuracy<\/span><\/p>\n

Match checks to invoices<\/span><\/p>\n

Make a Check<\/span><\/p>\n

File paid vendor invoices<\/span><\/p>\n

File, type, fax or e-mail and copy documents as requested<\/span><\/p>\n

Work with Purchasing Dept to reconcile problem invoices<\/span><\/p>\n

Create Sales Invoice<\/span><\/p>\n

Work with Other Departments to confirm invoicing item<\/span><\/p>\n

Secondary approval on all expenditure requests and disbursements.<\/span><\/p>\n

Create Supporting Document for Journal Entry<\/span><\/p>\n

Journal Entry <\/span><\/p>\n

Managing the preparation of financial reports.<\/span><\/p>\n

Bank Reconciliation<\/span><\/p>\n

Other operation related to monthly closing<\/span><\/p>\n

Overseeing the daily operations of the Finance & Accounting departments.<\/span><\/p>\n

The preparation of Board Meeting Materials. Reporting on the financial well being on a monthly basis Secondary Approval of Disbursements Use of Cost Accounting to generate cost method.<\/span><\/p>\n

Monitoring and analyzing monthly operating results against the budget.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0QUALIFICATIONS:<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Education: Bachelor\u2019s Degree in finance, Accounting or Business with strong accounting experience.<\/span><\/p>\n

Five (5) to ten (10) years with experience in mid to senior level finance or accounting position. <\/span><\/p>\n

Knowledge\/Skills: Knowledge of finance, accounting, taxation, budgeting, and cost control.<\/span><\/p>\n

Physical Requirements: Must be accessible to all laboratory, manufacturing, and office areas.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Business level of Japanese language skills.<\/span><\/p>\n
