If you are ambitious, analytical, and excited by the opportunity to build and scale a business, this role offers exceptional exposure and career growth.<\/p>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner directly with the CEO and executive leadership team to develop and execute U.S. growth strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Lead high-priority initiatives across Marketing, Business Development, Pre-Sales, Field Sales, Product, and Customer Success.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze market trends, customer needs, competitive developments, and business performance to identify opportunities and risks.<\/li>\n<li>Translate business insights into clear recommendations and actionable plans.<\/li>\n<li>Drive cross-functional projects from strategy through execution, ensuring alignment, accountability, and measurable results.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and continuously refine go-to-market and customer engagement strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Establish performance metrics and evaluate the effectiveness of strategic initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Navigate evolving priorities and take ownership of complex or undefined business challenges.<\/li>\n<li>Serve as an important bridge between U.S. operations and Japanese stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute immediately as a key decision-maker while developing broader leadership responsibilities as the organization grows.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Required Qualifications<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>MBA required.<\/li>\n<li>Three to five years of professional business experience prior to or following completion of the MBA.<\/li>\n<li>Business-level fluency in both Japanese and English, including speaking, reading, and writing.<\/li>\n<li>Authorization to work in the United States, such as U.S. citizenship, permanent residency, or valid STEM OPT authorization.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic-thinking abilities.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to take ownership and deliver results in a fast-moving environment.<\/li>\n<li>Strong work ethic and comfort working through ambiguity and changing priorities.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to balance high-level strategic thinking with hands-on execution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preferred Qualifications<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience working for a startup or high-growth technology company.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in strategy, management consulting, business operations, go-to-market planning, sales, marketing, or customer success.<\/li>\n<li>Experience collaborating with executive leadership or managing cross-functional initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with SaaS, manufacturing, or digital transformation is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working across Japanese and U.S. business cultures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Compensation<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Base Salary:<\/strong> $100,000\u2013$170,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.<\/li>\n<li>Performance-based bonus.<\/li>\n<li>Significant opportunities for professional growth and expanded leadership responsibility.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Benefits<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Comprehensive Healthcare:<\/strong> 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees and their families.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Retirement Plan:<\/strong> 401(k) with a 4% company match beginning on your first day.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Paid Time Off:<\/strong> 15 days of PTO, five sick days, and 10 company holidays annually.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Professional Development:<\/strong> Support for professional memberships, industry conferences, and ongoing learning.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Additional Benefits:<\/strong> Commuter or parking assistance and employee referral bonuses.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Collaborative Culture:<\/strong> Company lunches, team events, quarterly celebrations, and holiday gatherings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Why Join Us?<\/h2>\n<p>This is more than a traditional strategy role.
