After successful completion of training, the position will transition to a hybrid schedule of 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home per week.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">\ufeffAbout the Opportunity<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">An established company in the food distribution industry is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented <\/span><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Marketing &amp; Sales Support Assistant<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\"> to join its growing team.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">This is a dynamic, multi-tasking position that combines <\/span><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">sales support, customer coordination, and marketing assistance. <\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">The ideal candidate enjoys working with numbers and reports while also communicating with customers, vendors, and internal sales teams.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build broad business experience and develop their skills in sales operations, marketing, and account management.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Support Account Managers with day-to-day sales and customer-related activities<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Communicate and coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal sales teams<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Manage, organize, and customize internal and external sales data<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Track sales performance and prepare reports for team meetings<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Assist with market data analysis and reporting<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Maintain product and marketing-related databases and materials<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Assist the Marketing Manager with trade shows, industry events, and related logistics<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Support product placement and retail space-planning activities<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Manage and support smaller customer accounts<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Assist with various administrative and operational projects as needed<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Handle multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Previous office or administrative experience required<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially <\/span><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Excel<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and reports<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Excellent organizational and time-management skills<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Strong attention to detail and accuracy<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Dependable, proactive, and team-oriented work style<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Preferred Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Previous experience in sales support, marketing support, account coordination, or administrative support<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Experience in the food, grocery, retail, consumer products, or distribution industry is a plus<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Experience working with sales data or market research data is a plus<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Customer-facing or account management experience is helpful<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">What Makes This Role Attractive<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">This position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of the business, including <\/span><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">sales, marketing, data analysis, customer support, and account management<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Rather than focusing on just one function, you will work closely with different teams and gain broad exposure to the overall sales and marketing operation.
