The organization supports customers and distribution partners through sales, technical coordination, and aftermarket services across domestic and international markets.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Position Summary<\/h2>\n

The Sales Coordinator supports day-to-day commercial operations for the company\u2019s marine business. Reporting to the Marine Sales General Manager, this position coordinates with customers, distributors, internal departments, and global affiliates to ensure accurate quotations, timely order execution, and effective resolution of project-related issues.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n
    \n
  • Prepare and manage quotations, pricing, and commercial follow-up activities.<\/li>\n
  • Monitor orders, delivery schedules, and key milestones from quotation through delivery.<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate communication among customers, distributors, internal teams, and overseas affiliates.<\/li>\n
  • Facilitate follow-up meetings, track action items, and ensure commitments are completed.<\/li>\n
  • Support resolution of commercial and operational issues affecting project execution.<\/li>\n
  • Assist with the development and continuous improvement of SOPs and internal workflows.<\/li>\n
  • Provide day-to-day commercial coordination and administrative support to Marine Management.<\/li>\n
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications<\/h2>\n

    Required:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business or a related field.<\/li>\n
    • Minimum 2 years of sales, sales coordination, or related experience.<\/li>\n
    • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, including working with international teams and business partners.<\/li>\n
    • Strong computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, and database applications.<\/li>\n
    • Ability to remain stationary for extended periods and periodically move throughout an office environment.<\/li>\n
    • Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 35 lbs. and stand as required during the workday.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Preferred:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Experience in an industrial equipment, manufacturing, or distribution environment.<\/li>\n
      • Experience with combustion engines or related products.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Other Details<\/h2>\n

        This position reports to the Marine Sales General Manager and works closely with domestic and international stakeholders supporting marine sales activities.<\/p>\n
