The ideal candidate has experience in <\/span><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">business planning, supply chain, forecasting, or operations analysis<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\"> and is comfortable using data to support management decision-making.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Business-level Japanese and English communication skills are required.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Support annual business planning, forecasting, and performance management.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Develop and monitor KPIs, sales forecasts, inventory levels, backlog, and business performance.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Analyze business results and identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Prepare reports and analysis for management and executive-level discussions.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Product Management, Supply Chain, and other departments.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Coordinate planning and reporting activities between the U.S. team and headquarters in Japan.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Support SAP implementation and business process improvement initiatives.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Assist with system testing, user training, process documentation, and workflow improvements.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Conduct scenario analysis and provide recommendations to support business growth and operational efficiency.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Bachelor&#039;s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Approximately <\/span><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">5<\/strong><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">\u2013<\/strong><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">8 years of experience<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\"> in business planning, supply chain, operations analysis, or a similar role.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Experience in a <\/span><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">manufacturing environment<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\"> is strongly preferred.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Business-level Japanese and English proficiency required<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">, including speaking, reading, and writing.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP\/XLOOKUP, charts, and data analysis.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">SAP experience is highly preferred.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Ability to work effectively with teams across different departments and cultures.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Flexibility to attend meetings with Japan-based teams approximately twice per week due to time-zone differences.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Preferred Background<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Candidates with experience in any of the following areas are especially encouraged to apply:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span
