This position coordinates Tier-2 suppliers and OEM customers, manages pass-through parts production and delivery, and supports sourcing, supplier negotiations, quality, and cost control.<\/p>\n<h3>Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage production control for Tier-2 supplier components shipped directly to OEM assembly plants.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate product deliveries with customers and suppliers following Start of Production (SOP).<\/li>\n<li>Monitor purchasing costs, delivery performance, quality, quantity, and inventory requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Investigate and support resolution of non-conforming items and other supplier\/customer issues.<\/li>\n<li>Support material sourcing strategies, RFQs, supplier selection, and price negotiations.<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain strong supplier relationships and support continuous improvement initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor commodity and supplier market trends, new materials, and competitive practices.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain supplier documentation and cost controls.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in a business-related field.<\/li>\n<li>3+ years of supply chain management or production control experience in the automotive manufacturing industry.<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of production control processes and program management.<\/li>\n<li>Strong supplier negotiation and relationship-management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.<\/li>\n<li>Basic understanding of EDI, ERP, or material handling systems.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of automotive production control, supply chain management, and raw materials.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to travel approximately 20\u201325% based on supplier and customer requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"","_company_name":"","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[],"job-types":[],"class_list":["post-26125","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.2 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>Buyer Pass-through Business Controller - Pasona N A, Inc. | Your Career Partner<\/title>\n<meta name=\"robots\" content=\"index, follow, max-snippet:-1, max-image-preview:large, max-video-preview:-1\" \/>\n<link rel=\"canonical\" href=\"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/en\/job\/062925\/\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:locale\" content=\"en_US\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:type\" content=\"article\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:title\" content=\"Buyer Pass-through Business Controller - Pasona N A, Inc. | Your Career Partner\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:description\" content=\"Buyer \/ Pass-through Business Controller Location: Novi, MI Employment Type: Full-Time FLSA Status: Exempt Position Summary We are seeking a Buyer \/ Pass-through Business Controller to support purchasing, production control, and program management activities within the automotive industry.
