The team plays a critical role in communicating the company&#039;s strategy, financial performance, and long-term value proposition to the investment community.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Location:<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\"> New York, NY (Hybrid)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Compensation:<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\"> $180K-300K (DOE)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Support the development and refinement of the company&#039;s equity story and investment thesis.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Assist in preparing quarterly earnings presentations, investor materials, management scripts, and other external communications.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Gather, analyze, and communicate investor and analyst feedback to internal stakeholders and senior management.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Conduct shareholder targeting and identify prospective investors.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company&#039;s diversified business portfolio and strategic priorities.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Coordinate and prepare senior management for investor meetings, conferences, earnings calls, and other external engagements.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Accompany executive management on investor roadshows and meetings throughout the United States and internationally.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Monitor market trends, peer developments, analyst commentary, and investor sentiment.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Support special projects and strategic initiatives within the Investor Relations function.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 13.5pt\">Required<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">7+ years of relevant experience in: <\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Investor Relations<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Equity Research<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Corporate Strategy<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Investment Banking<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Asset Management<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Capital Markets<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Other related financial services fields<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Bilingual English and Japanese, including strong reading and writing abilities in Japanese (JLPT N1 or equivalent preferred).<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Strong understanding of financial markets, investment concepts, and corporate financial performance.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Demonstrated ability to create and edit executive-level presentations and communication materials.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Understanding of Japanese corporate culture and\/or experience working within a Japanese organization.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Strong analytical, organizational, and project management capabilities.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across global teams.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Sound business judgment, professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Authorized to work in the United States.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 13.5pt\">Preferred<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Experience interacting with institutional investors, portfolio managers, research analysts, or senior corporate executives.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Familiarity with the Japanese economy and financial markets.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">Experience supporting earnings processes, public company communications, or investor-facing
