The company combines healthcare operations, technology, and AI-enabled solutions to improve clinical services and operational efficiency.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2>Position Summary<\/h2>\n<p>The General Manager will lead the integration, performance, and growth of multiple U.S. clinics. Reporting directly to the CEO, this position owns post-acquisition integration, operational standardization, P&amp;L performance, revenue growth, technology adoption, and new healthcare service development.<\/p>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and execute post-acquisition integration plans covering organizational structures, operations, and systems.<\/li>\n<li>Build relationships with clinic leaders and employees while managing organizational change.<\/li>\n<li>Implement AI-enabled healthcare and operational platforms across multiple locations.<\/li>\n<li>Establish location-level KPIs, monitor performance, and report results to international headquarters.<\/li>\n<li>Create referral networks, joint marketing programs, and other cross-location revenue opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Consolidate procurement, recruitment, and back-office functions to reduce costs.<\/li>\n<li>Own multi-location P&amp;L performance and optimize revenue, expenses, and profitability.<\/li>\n<li>Plan, launch, and scale new healthcare services.<\/li>\n<li>Support the evaluation of potential acquisition targets.<\/li>\n<li>Develop common SOPs, quality standards, and compliance frameworks.<\/li>\n<li>Automate administrative and clinical workflows and establish efficient operating models.<\/li>\n<li>Recruit, develop, and coach clinic managers and other U.S.-based employees.<\/li>\n<li>Build relationships with medical associations, insurers, and physician referral networks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Qualifications<\/h2>\n<h3>Required:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>7+ years of U.S. multi-location management experience in healthcare, retail, hospitality, or a comparable industry.<\/li>\n<li>Proven multi-location P&amp;L ownership and revenue-growth results.<\/li>\n<li>Experience leading organizational and operational post-acquisition integration.<\/li>\n<li>Professional English proficiency sufficient for executive leadership, reporting, and stakeholder communication.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated success using AI or technology to improve operational efficiency.<\/li>\n<li>Strong execution experience in startup or high-growth environments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Preferred:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Healthcare or medical clinic operations experience.<\/li>\n<li>Japanese language ability.<\/li>\n<li>Franchise or chain expansion experience.<\/li>\n<li>Medical SaaS or healthcare technology implementation experience.<\/li>\n<li>Cross-border business experience or experience working with Japanese organizations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Other Details<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Reports directly to the CEO.<\/li>\n<li>Benefits include health, dental, vision, and 401(k).<\/li>\n<li>Three-month probationary period.<\/li>\n<li>Selection process may include resume screening, two interviews, a case study, reference checks, and offer negotiation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"","_company_name":"","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[],"job-types":[],"class_list":["post-26090","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.2 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>Healthcare General Manager - Pasona N A, Inc. | Your Career Partner<\/title>\n<meta name=\"robots\" content=\"index, follow, max-snippet:-1, max-image-preview:large, max-video-preview:-1\" \/>\n<link rel=\"canonical\" href=\"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/en\/job\/062953\/\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:locale\" content=\"en_US\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:type\" content=\"article\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:title\" content=\"Healthcare General Manager - Pasona N A, Inc. | Your Career Partner\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:description\" content=\"A global healthcare organization is expanding its U.S. network of directly owned clinics through strategic acquisitions.
