The assignment is expected to begin as soon as possible or in September 2026 and continue through January 2027. This is a hands-on accounting position responsible for both the firm&#039;s internal accounting operations and accounting support for external clients.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage internal accounting functions, including AP\/AR, billing, payroll reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close<\/li>\n<li>Handle external client accounting, including billing and bookkeeping-related activities<\/li>\n<li>Prepare financial reports and support budgeting, forecasting, and FP&amp;A activities<\/li>\n<li>Manage and reconcile client trust (IOLTA) accounts<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate accounting records using QuickBooks<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with outsourced bookkeeping support<\/li>\n<li>Support multi-entity accounting and reconciliations<\/li>\n<li>Communicate with clients regarding accounting-related matters<\/li>\n<li>Perform other accounting and operational duties as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Qualifications<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Professional accounting or bookkeeping experience<\/li>\n<li>Strong QuickBooks skills<\/li>\n<li>Experience with AP\/AR, billing, reconciliations, and month-end close<\/li>\n<li>Payroll accounting experience preferred<\/li>\n<li>IOLTA or law firm trust accounting experience highly preferred<\/li>\n<li>Japanese language skills is a plus<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounting responsibilities<\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"","_company_name":"","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[],"job-types":[],"class_list":["post-26079","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.2 -
