Position Summary<\/h2>\n

We are seeking an experienced Construction Safety Manager<\/strong> to oversee safety programs across multiple active construction sites in the Taylor, TX area. This position will lead and support a team of safety professionals and serve as a key safety representative with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and internal project teams.<\/p>\n

The ideal candidate has strong construction safety experience, leadership skills, and in-depth knowledge of OSHA regulations.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n
    \n
  • Develop and implement site-specific safety programs, policies, and procedures<\/li>\n
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and applicable federal, state, and local safety regulations<\/li>\n
  • Lead Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), Activity Hazard Analyses (AHAs), and site safety planning<\/li>\n
  • Manage, mentor, and oversee safety staff across multiple project sites<\/li>\n
  • Conduct site safety inspections and audits and ensure timely corrective actions<\/li>\n
  • Monitor PPE, fall protection, equipment, and other safety controls<\/li>\n
  • Lead safety meetings with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and project teams<\/li>\n
  • Conduct and oversee safety orientations, toolbox talks, and ongoing training<\/li>\n
  • Lead incident, accident, and near-miss investigations and root cause analysis<\/li>\n
  • Maintain OSHA logs, inspection reports, safety metrics, and compliance documentation<\/li>\n
  • Travel regularly between active construction sites<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications<\/h2>\n
      \n
    • Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience<\/li>\n
    • 7+ years of construction safety experience<\/strong>, including leadership or supervisory experience<\/li>\n
    • Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety practices<\/li>\n
    • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n
    • Ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and project teams<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Preferred Qualifications<\/h2>\n
        \n
      • OSHA 30-Hour Certification or equivalent<\/li>\n
      • CHST, CSP, ASP, or other recognized safety certification<\/li>\n
      • Experience managing safety teams across multiple construction projects<\/li>\n
      • Experience with large-scale industrial or manufacturing construction projects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
