This role serves as a key liaison among customers, the U.S. sales team, and headquarters in Japan and requires strong independent judgment and Japanese-English business communication skills. <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3>Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage customer accounts, purchase orders, invoices, order changes, cancellations, pricing, and delivery schedules.<\/li>\n<li>Build relationships with key accounts and support achievement of sales targets.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze competitor pricing, market positioning, forecasts, and sales trends.<\/li>\n<li>Manage equipment\/tool forecasts, customer samples, inventory levels, and purchase orders.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate EOL status, parts pricing, RMA requests, complaints, and failure-analysis cases.<\/li>\n<li>Review customer agreements and recommend revisions or terms.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate customer audit, environmental, security, and other due-diligence requests.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare reports, forecasts, presentations, and business recommendations for management.<\/li>\n<li>Translate business correspondence and presentation materials between Japanese and English.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and implement sales operations and process improvements.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate cross-functional activities with internal teams and headquarters in Japan.<\/li>\n<li>Support sales team scheduling and travel arrangements. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Required:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Professional Japanese and English proficiency required for communication with customers and headquarters in Japan.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 5 years of similar professional experience.<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration or equivalent; relevant experience may substitute.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to exercise independent judgment and manage multiple priorities.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows-based systems.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to travel frequently by air and car. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience supporting sales operations, account management, forecasting, pricing, or order management.<\/li>\n<li>Experience coordinating between U.S. operations and Japan-based stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Other Details<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>No direct reports; may coordinate and review support staff work on assigned projects.<\/li>\n<li>Office-based work environment.<\/li>\n<li>Occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds may be required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"","_company_name":"","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[],"job-types":[],"class_list":["post-26056","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.2 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>Sales Operations Coordinator - Japanese Bilingual - Pasona N A, Inc. | Your Career Partner<\/title>\n<meta name=\"robots\" content=\"index, follow, max-snippet:-1, max-image-preview:large, max-video-preview:-1\" \/>\n<link rel=\"canonical\" href=\"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/en\/job\/062887\/\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:locale\" content=\"en_US\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:type\" content=\"article\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:title\" content=\"Sales Operations Coordinator - Japanese Bilingual - Pasona N A, Inc. | Your Career Partner\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:description\" content=\"The Sales Operations Coordinator supports the operational and analytical functions of the sales organization, including account management, forecasting, pricing, order management, and process improvement.
