This is a hybrid position requiring three days per week in the office.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>The company is seeking candidates with account management and quality-related experience in the automotive industry. Experience in program management, sales, or supply chain management is preferred.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 14px\">Position Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This position is responsible for managing customer QCD-related matters, including pricing, product change notifications, customer production demand, quality-related topics, and company sales plans and budgets. The Account Manager will serve as the primary customer contact and coordinate with internal teams and vendors to provide timely support and share customer information.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 14px\">Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Obtain and maintain customer program life cycle information by customer part number<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Summarize customer program data and create sales and budget plans<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Monitor customer demand based on program status, automotive market conditions, and OEM trends<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Collect accurate customer and market information and prepare monthly reports<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Manage QFN, PCR, DCR, and EOL processes<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Coordinate with vendors, internal stakeholders, and customers regarding quality issues, root cause analysis, and corrective actions<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Manage post-PCR part deliveries and provide instructions to inside sales<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Prepare and submit customer quotations<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Respond to customer surveys and other support requests<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Serve as the primary contact for customers<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 14px\">Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree preferred<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Three to four years of related experience and\/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Experience in sales, account management, or supply chain management in the automotive industry preferred<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Valid driver\u2019s license<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Ability to travel occasionally by car or plane<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Strong verbal and written communication skills<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 14px\">Additional Information<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 On-the-job training will be provided<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Occasional day and overnight travel may be required<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Must occasionally be able to lift or move up to 50 pounds<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"","_company_name":"","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[],"job-types":[],"class_list":["post-26014","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.2 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>Account Manager - Pasona N A, Inc. | Your Career Partner<\/title>\n<meta name=\"robots\" content=\"index, follow, max-snippet:-1, max-image-preview:large, max-video-preview:-1\" \/>\n<link rel=\"canonical\" href=\"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/en\/job\/062843\/\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:locale\" content=\"en_US\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:type\" content=\"article\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:title\" content=\"Account Manager - Pasona N A, Inc. | Your Career Partner\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:description\" content=\"A Japanese company is seeking an Account Manager to join its Supply Chain Management Department in Livonia, Michigan.
