Summary<\/strong><\/h2>\n

A growing Japanese manufacturer of professional hand tools is seeking a Japanese-English Bilingual Sales & Marketing Coordinator<\/strong> to support its sales team and marketing activities.<\/p>\n

This position focuses on sales support, marketing coordination, trade show preparation, and general office operations. It is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level or early-career professional looking to build a long-term career in sales, marketing, or business operations.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n

Sales Support <\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Support daily sales operations and customer service<\/li>\n
  • Maintain customer information and sales documents<\/li>\n
  • Assist with order processing and account administration<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate with internal departments and the sales team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Marketing & Trade Show Support <\/strong><\/p>\n

    • Update brochures, catalogs, and promotional materials<\/li>\n
    • Maintain product information on the website<\/li>\n
    • Prepare materials and product samples for trade shows<\/li>\n
    • Assist with market and competitor research<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      General Office Support <\/strong><\/p>\n

      • Respond to customer inquiries<\/li>\n
      • Support office administration and special projects<\/li>\n
      • Travel several times a year to assist at trade shows (primarily Las Vegas)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Qualifications<\/h2>\n

        Required<\/h3>\n

        • Business-level Japanese (reading, writing, speaking, listening) is required.<\/li>\n
        • Strong communication and organizational skills<\/li>\n
        • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)<\/li>\n
        • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
