Sales Manager \u2013 Business Development (Freight Forwarding \/ Logistics)<\/h2>\n

Location: Texas \u2013 Home Office \/ Remote<\/strong><\/p>\n

Salary: $100K\u2013$150K Base + Performance-Based Commission<\/strong><\/p>\n

Travel: Within Texas as needed<\/p>\n

A global logistics company is seeking an experienced Freight Forwarding Sales \/ Business Development professional to expand its business throughout Texas.<\/p>\n

This is a home-office-based role<\/strong> with a highly competitive compensation package. The company is specifically looking for someone who already has an established customer network and strong industry relationships<\/strong> that can be leveraged to generate new business.<\/p>\n

Key Highlights:<\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Home Office \/ Remote-based in Texas<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • $100K\u2013$150K base salary + commission (approx. 5% of gross profit)<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • 85% New Business Development \/ 15% Existing Accounts<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Strong existing customer network is highly preferred<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Freight forwarding \/ logistics sales experience required<\/li>\n
  • Expertise in Project Cargo, Semiconductor, Chemical, Manufacturing, or another specialized sector is highly valued<\/li>\n
  • Japanese freight forwarder experience is a plus<\/li>\n
  • Air & Ocean Freight knowledge required<\/li>\n
  • Work closely with U.S. branches and international offices<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    The ideal candidate is an established logistics sales professional who can leverage existing customer relationships and independently drive new business growth.<\/strong><\/p>\n
