{"id":25955,"date":"2026-08-06T16:26:21","date_gmt":"2026-08-06T16:26:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/job\/062770\/"},"modified":"2026-08-06T16:26:21","modified_gmt":"2026-08-06T16:26:21","slug":"062770","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/en\/job\/062770\/","title":{"rendered":"Logistics Coordinator"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Sales &amp; Logistics Coordinator<\/h2>\n<p>A food-related trading company is seeking a <strong>Sales &amp; Logistics Coordinator<\/strong> to support order processing, customer service, shipping coordination, and inventory-related operations.<\/p>\n<h3>Location<\/h3>\n<p>Greater Los Angeles Area, CA<\/p>\n<h3>Salary<\/h3>\n<p>$50,000\u2013$60,000 per year<\/p>\n<p>Based on experience and qualifications<\/p>\n<h3>Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Enter, update, and maintain sales orders, invoices, customer records, and related data<\/li>\n<li>Provide professional customer service and respond to questions regarding products, benefits, and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain positive relationships with customers<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with the accounting team to support timely payment collection<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate domestic and international shipping with freight forwarders, customs brokers, customers, and warehouse staff<\/li>\n<li>Obtain freight quotes and manage shipping schedules<\/li>\n<li>Monitor active purchase orders and work with the sales team to ensure timely completion<\/li>\n<li>Report inventory shortages, shipping delays, and service issues to the appropriate account manager<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate required export inspections with government agencies<\/li>\n<li>Participate in inventory counts, which may occasionally take place on weekends<\/li>\n<li>Attend company events or functions outside regular business hours as needed<\/li>\n<li>Perform other administrative and logistics-related duties as assigned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>High school diploma required<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree preferred<\/li>\n<li>At least 2 years of relevant logistics experience<\/li>\n<li>Business-level English in speaking, listening, reading, and writing<\/li>\n<li>Basic Spanish required; business-level Spanish preferred<\/li>\n<li>Conversational Japanese preferred<\/li>\n<li>Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office<\/li>\n<li>Strong administrative and data-entry skills<\/li>\n<li>Basic mathematical skills, including discounts, markups, measurements, and inventory calculations<\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills<\/li>\n<li>Effective communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage changing priorities and workloads<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations preferred<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Japanese food products and sake preferred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Physical and Work Requirements<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods<\/li>\n<li>Ability to reach, bend, kneel, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds<\/li>\n<li>Office noise levels may range from normal to loud<\/li>\n<li>Availability to work occasional weekends or attend events outside regular business hours<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Ideal Candidate<\/h3>\n<p>The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable coordinating with customers, vendors, warehouse staff, and internal departments.
