Job Title: Sales Representative<\/strong>\ufeff<\/span><\/p>\n

Location: <\/strong>Norcross, GA<\/span><\/p>\n

Hours: <\/strong>8:30-17:00<\/span><\/p>\n

Salary: <\/strong>$55k-$60k<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

As a Sales Representative in the US market, you will be responsible for selling products or services. The sales representative will help achieve sales goals by building relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and executing sales strategies. Mainly handles account management rather than new accounts development.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Primary Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Requests quote from existing and new customers:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Issue RFQ(Request For Quotation)s to suppliers after receiving inquiries from customers.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Collect product price quotations and terms and conditions from suppliers.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Negotiate price and specification with suppliers<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Present quotations to customers and close orders for projects<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Retain and expand existing customers<\/strong>:<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Maintain relationships with existing customers and build trust.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Obtain information on new programs the customer has and obtain quotes for products we can supply, leading to constraints.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Provide consultation on existing products manufactured by the customer, if there are any problems with products manufactured by other companies, and encourage the customer to switch to our products.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Increase customer satisfaction through problem solving and support.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Finding new suppliers<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Conduct exhibitions or company visits and select supplier candidates<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Negotiate NDA and purchase terms<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Acquisition of new customers:<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Identify and approach potential customers.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Clearly communicate product or service features and benefits, and propose solutions tailored to customer needs.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Negotiate to generate demand and close the deal.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Market Research and Competitive Analysis:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Gather and analyze U.S. market trends and competitive information.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Participates in the development of sales strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Reporting and Recording:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Accurately records sales activities and customer information.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Submit reports on sales results and market trends to sales manager and other relevant personnel.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Required Skills and Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Excellent communication and negotiation skills<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Active listening and ability to understand customer needs<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Teamwork and spirit of cooperation<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Ability to deliver results under pressure<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, presentations, etc.)<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 College degree or equivalent experience<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time (primarily local travel, some overnight travel)<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Willingness to participate in any meetings or calls during early morning or late evening to accommodate the international business partner or customers.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Required Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 1 year of experience in B2B sales<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022<\/span> Business experience in the U.S. market, especially experience selling screw components is highly preferred.<\/span><\/p>\n
