This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the <strong>Chief Financial Officer (CFO)<\/strong>, partnering closely with senior technology leadership to modernize business operations across the organization.<\/p>\n<p>If you enjoy leading cross-functional teams, improving business processes, and delivering complex ERP implementations from strategy through go-live, we&#039;d love to hear from you.<\/p>\n<h2>What You&#039;ll Do<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects from planning through post-go-live stabilization<\/li>\n<li>Develop project roadmaps, timelines, budgets, and resource plans<\/li>\n<li>Partner with executive leadership and business stakeholders to align ERP initiatives with business goals<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate cross-functional teams across:\n<ul>\n<li>Finance &amp; Accounting<\/li>\n<li>Supply Chain<\/li>\n<li>Operations<\/li>\n<li>Manufacturing<\/li>\n<li>Human Resources<\/li>\n<li>Sales &amp; Customer Service<\/li>\n<li>Information Technology<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Manage project risks, governance, budgets, and vendor relationships<\/li>\n<li>Oversee system configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, and user acceptance (UAT)<\/li>\n<li>Drive organizational change management, user training, and ERP adoption<\/li>\n<li>Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies<\/li>\n<li>Support future digital transformation initiatives and system enhancements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>What We&#039;re Looking For<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#039;s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field<\/li>\n<li>5+ years of project management experience<\/li>\n<li>3+ years leading ERP implementation or enterprise system projects<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience managing full-cycle ERP implementations<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of business processes including:\n<ul>\n<li>Finance &amp; Accounting<\/li>\n<li>Supply Chain<\/li>\n<li>Manufacturing<\/li>\n<li>Inventory<\/li>\n<li>Procurement<\/li>\n<li>Human Resources<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Preferred<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>PMP, Agile, Scrum, or similar certification<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Infor, or other major ERP platforms<\/li>\n<li>Experience within food manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or CPG industries<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Why You&#039;ll Love This Opportunity<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead a business-critical ERP transformation with executive visibility<\/li>\n<li>Report directly to the CFO and work closely with senior digital transformation leadership<\/li>\n<li>Make a lasting impact on enterprise-wide operations and technology strategy<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with leaders across every major business function<\/li>\n<li>Join a stable, growing organization investing heavily in digital transformation<\/li>\n<li>Excellent opportunity for career growth and long-term leadership<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you&#039;re interested in learning more, please send me your resume or reach out directly for a confidential conversation.
