This is a unique opportunity to build a new business from the ground up while working directly with executive leadership in a fast-paced startup environment.<\/p>\n<p>The successful candidate will play a key role in launching the service, driving business development, establishing strategic partnerships, and creating a seamless customer experience across both consumer and business channels.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Industry:<\/strong> Healthcare \/ Medical Services<\/p>\n<p><strong>Benefits:<\/strong> Performance bonus (TBD)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Location:<\/strong> In-Office \u2013 Dallas, TX<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3>Required Qualifications<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years of professional work experience in the United States.<\/li>\n<li>Proven B2B sales experience with a successful track record of developing and closing business opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, vendors, and priorities simultaneously.<\/li>\n<li>Native-level or fluent English communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to thrive in a startup or fast-changing environment.<\/li>\n<li>Experience presenting solutions to business leaders and decision makers.<\/li>\n<li>Healthcare, insurance, medical coordination, or related industry experience is preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or similar is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Japanese language ability is welcomed but not required.<\/li>\n<li>Cross-border business experience is a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the U.S. launch and execution of a new healthcare coordination platform.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate the development of the website, CRM, payment systems, and other operational infrastructure.<\/li>\n<li>Build referral programs and relationships with healthcare providers and partner organizations.<\/li>\n<li>Plan and conduct informational seminars, webinars, and customer outreach initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Guide patients throughout the service process, including consultation, treatment coordination, travel arrangements, and follow-up.<\/li>\n<li>Identify opportunities to improve customer experience through continuous feedback.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and grow B2B partnerships with employers, healthcare providers, and insurance organizations.<\/li>\n<li>Execute sales presentations and negotiate partnership agreements.<\/li>\n<li>Plan and implement marketing initiatives including digital content, webinars, trade shows, and industry events.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor sales and marketing KPIs and recommend continuous improvements.<\/li>\n<li>Develop operational workflows and coordinate with international partners.<\/li>\n<li>Manage relationships with external vendors including travel agencies, interpreters, and insurance providers.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate closely with executive leadership and international teams to support business growth.<\/li>\n<li>May be assigned other duties by management as business needs require.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"","_company_name":"","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[],"job-types":[],"class_list":["post-25917","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.2 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>Business Development Manager - Pasona N A, Inc. | Your Career Partner<\/title>\n<meta name=\"robots\" content=\"index, follow, max-snippet:-1, max-image-preview:large, max-video-preview:-1\" \/>\n<link rel=\"canonical\" href=\"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/en\/job\/062809\/\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:locale\" content=\"en_US\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:type\" content=\"article\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:title\" content=\"Business Development Manager - Pasona N A, Inc. | Your Career Partner\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:description\" content=\"We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to lead the U.S. launch and expansion of an innovative healthcare coordination service connecting patients with high-quality medical treatment options overseas.
