This position will handle a wide range of responsibilities, including sales administration, customer service, order processing, shipping coordination, and report preparation.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2><strong style=\"font-size: 16px\">No prior experience is required, as training will be provided. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or candidates looking to begin their careers in sales and international business.<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3>Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve primarily as a Sales Assistant to the Manager.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and send checks, invoices, internal documents, letters, and packages for domestic and international shipments using courier services and international freight forwarders, including UPS, FedEx, DHL, KWE, and NNR.<\/li>\n<li>Contact freight forwarders to arrange the pickup of documents and packages.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and process inquiries, purchase orders, invoices, quotations, packing lists, formal business letters, envelopes, address labels, air waybills, faxes, itineraries, and other business documents.<\/li>\n<li>Follow up on and expedite quotations and purchase orders.<\/li>\n<li>Handle the onboarding of new suppliers and customers in the company\u2019s sales tracking system.<\/li>\n<li>Use Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Access to prepare purchase orders, invoices, and other business documents.<\/li>\n<li>Provide customer service, including responding to customer inquiries, handling catalog requests, checking order status, following up on information requests, and obtaining flight information.<\/li>\n<li>Negotiate cost and lead time with suppliers and customers when necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Assist sales staff with orders and projects.<\/li>\n<li>Use basic math skills to prepare sales orders and reports and process sales-related receipts and payments through the company\u2019s internal system.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare monthly sales, purchasing, and backlog reports using Microsoft Access and Excel.<\/li>\n<li>Travel as required, including travel to Japan.
