{"id":25899,"date":"2026-07-31T19:48:40","date_gmt":"2026-07-31T19:48:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/job\/062714\/"},"modified":"2026-08-26T15:13:28","modified_gmt":"2026-08-26T15:13:28","slug":"062714","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/en\/job\/062714\/","title":{"rendered":"Supply Chain Operations Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>Supply Chain Manager<\/h1>\n<p><strong>Location:<\/strong> McAllen \/ Los Indios, TX (Hybrid)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Salary:<\/strong> $80,000\u2013$110,000 + Bonus + Relocation Assistance<\/p>\n<h2>Position Overview<\/h2>\n<p>A global electronics trading company is seeking an experienced <strong>Supply Chain Manager<\/strong> to play a key role in developing and expanding its supply chain operations in South Texas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>This position requires 6+ years of relevant supply chain experience, hands-on ERP experience, and a strong understanding of multiple areas of supply chain operations, such as inventory, logistics, warehousing, procurement, and customer fulfillment.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Candidates with Supply Chain Manager experience are preferred; however, experienced <strong>Supervisors or Team Leads who are ready to step into a management role<\/strong> are also encouraged to apply.<\/p>\n<p>This is a hands-on position for someone who can manage day-to-day operations while establishing processes, improving workflows, and eventually building and leading a larger team as the business expands.<\/p>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and customer service.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, 3PL warehouses, and overseas headquarters.<\/li>\n<li>Manage inventory flow, logistics activities, and operational priorities to support customer requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Establish operational processes for new business and continuously improve Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD).<\/li>\n<li>Use ERP systems as part of daily supply chain operations and support future system implementations.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and standardize operating procedures and best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Build and lead the supply chain organization as the U.S. operation grows.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with import\/export regulations, customs requirements, company policies, and industry standards.<\/li>\n<li>Perform other related projects and operational duties as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Required Qualifications<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>6+ years of professional experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Sourcing, Distribution, Logistics, or closely related operations.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Hands-on experience across multiple areas of supply chain operations, such as inventory management, logistics, warehousing, procurement, order fulfillment, or supplier coordination.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Hands-on experience using an ERP system in daily operations.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Leadership experience or demonstrated readiness to step into a managerial role.<\/li>\n<li>Experience establishing, improving, or standardizing operational processes.<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree or equivalent.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and coordination skills with customers, suppliers, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship.<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to work in the McAllen \/ Los Indios, TX area.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preferred Qualifications<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience as a Supply Chain Manager, Supervisor, Team Lead, or similar leadership role.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Experience working for a Japanese company or within a Japanese corporate business environment is a big plus.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Spanish language skills and\/or experience working with customers or business partners in Mexico.<\/li>\n<li>Electronics industry experience.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with a trading company, distributor, manufacturer, or procurement organization.<\/li>\n<li>Experience coordinating with freight forwarders, 3PL warehouses, suppliers, and international logistics partners.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Experience with In-Bond operations, IMMEX, or Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) is a strong plus.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Experience managing high-volume inventory or multi-SKU operations.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with international import\/export and customs processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Compensation &amp;
