We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive <\/span>Supply Chain Specialis<\/strong>t to join our team. In this role, you will manage and optimize the flow of goods, materials, and information throughout the supply chain.<\/span><\/p>\n

You will work closely with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery, cost efficiency, and high service levels.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Coordinate procurement, inventory management, and logistics activities<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Monitor and manage supply chain operations to meet production and customer demands<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and resolve issues<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and purchase orders<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Assist in developing supply chain strategies and implementing best practices<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, operations, finance) to align supply chain efforts with business goals<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications:<\/strong><\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field<\/span><\/li>\n
    • 2+ years of experience in a supply chain, logistics, or procurement role is desired.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Preferred Qualifications :<\/strong><\/h3>\n
        \n
      • Japanese language skills or understanding Japanese business culture <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
