No professional accounting experience is required. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience while supporting accounting operations for branch offices across the United States.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3>Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Process check and ACH payments<\/li>\n<li>Verify invoices and accounting records<\/li>\n<li>Maintain journals and general ledger entries<\/li>\n<li>Review accounts receivable and bank activity<\/li>\n<li>Prepare bank reconciliations<\/li>\n<li>Assist with monthly closing, financial reports, and audits<\/li>\n<li>Communicate with branch offices regarding accounting inquiries<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting is preferred but not required.<\/li>\n<li><strong><u>Recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply<\/u><\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Basic knowledge of accounting principles<\/li>\n<li>Excel skills, including VLOOKUP<\/li>\n<li>Japanese language skills preferred for internal communication<\/li>\n<li>Sage experience is a plus but not required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The company provides on-the-job training and opportunities to build a long-term career in accounting or explore other career paths within the organization.
