We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and organized Assistant Manager<\/strong> who will support both our sales and operational activities. Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n

1. Sales Support & Client Relations<\/strong><\/h4>\n
    \n
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers<\/li>\n
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email<\/li>\n
  • Conduct business trips to visit existing and potential clients<\/li>\n
  • Identify and engage new business opportunities<\/li>\n
  • Process and acknowledge customer purchase orders<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    2. Customer Service & Account Management<\/strong><\/h4>\n
      \n
    • Send catalogs and promotional materials to clients<\/li>\n
    • Prepare and submit accurate quotations<\/li>\n
    • Coordinate and dispatch product samples<\/li>\n
    • Provide communication and guidance to sales representatives<\/li>\n
    • Obtain sales forecasts from customers and ensure accurate planning<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      3. Logistics & Inventory Coordination<\/strong><\/h4>\n
        \n
      • Create UPS shipping labels and assist with order packing<\/li>\n
      • Coordinate with vendors and handle procurement needs<\/li>\n
      • Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain records<\/li>\n
      • Ship PEPI parts and wires to our headquarters as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        4. Office Administration & Data Management<\/strong><\/h4>\n
          \n
        • Maintain organized filing systems and documentation<\/li>\n
        • Update inventory records using spreadsheets<\/li>\n
        • Keep customer information accurate and up to date<\/li>\n
        • Manage and organize sample product inventory<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          5. General Duties<\/strong><\/h4>\n
            \n
          • Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the General Manager and Administration Manager<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
            \n<\/hr>\n

            Qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n
              \n
            • Previous experience in sales support, logistics, or office administration preferred<\/li>\n
            • Strong communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n
            • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)<\/li>\n
            • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment<\/li>\n
            • Attention to detail and a proactive mindset<\/li>\n
            • Japanese language skills a plus (not required)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
