Position Overview<\/h3>\n

An international B2B organization is seeking a bilingual Japanese-English professional to support its Houston operations.<\/p>\n

This role serves as a key coordination point between customers, internal sales staff, logistics partners, and the company\u2019s Japan-based team. Responsibilities cover the day-to-day flow of customer requests and orders, shipment coordination, business documentation, and general office support.<\/p>\n

The position is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating multiple activities, communicating across teams, and ensuring that transactions move smoothly from initial customer request through final delivery.<\/p>\n

What You\u2019ll Do<\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Coordinate customer requests and follow up on pricing, orders, delivery schedules, and related matters<\/li>\n
  • Process and maintain quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and other business documentation<\/li>\n
  • Track orders from the initial RFQ through fulfillment and shipment completion<\/li>\n
  • Communicate regularly with customers, internal team members, and counterparts in Japan<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate domestic and international shipping activities<\/li>\n
  • Assist with import\/export and shipping documentation<\/li>\n
  • Enter and maintain accurate order and sales information in ERP and internal systems<\/li>\n
  • Support the local team with reports, documentation, and other administrative activities<\/li>\n
  • Assist with general office operations and supply management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    What We\u2019re Looking For<\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Professional-level communication skills in both Japanese and English<\/li>\n
    • Several years of experience in business operations, order coordination, customer support, logistics, sales support, or office administration<\/li>\n
    • Experience handling business transactions involving quotations, orders, shipments, and invoices<\/li>\n
    • Strong Excel and general Microsoft Office skills<\/li>\n
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities<\/li>\n
    • Detail-oriented and dependable, with strong follow-through<\/li>\n
    • Comfortable communicating with both U.S. and Japan-based stakeholders<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
