This role is responsible for managing the full accounting cycle, supporting audits, maintaining financial records, and contributing to process improvements.<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage month-end and year-end closing activities.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, payroll, treasury, budgeting, and cash forecasting.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare financial reports, analyze accounting data, and perform variance analysis.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain fixed asset, debt, and reconciliation records.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate annual audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards.<\/li>\n<li>Improve accounting processes and internal controls.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate financial documentation and records.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#039;s degree in Accounting or Finance.<\/li>\n<li>Experience as an Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor, Finance Manager, or in a similar accounting role.<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, accounting principles, and financial regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.<\/li>\n<li>Japanese language skill is a must.
