Company-paid travel home approximately every 3 weeks.<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>Position Overview<\/h3>\n<p>A Japanese company is seeking an experienced <strong>Project Manager<\/strong> to lead industrial Design-Build and Process EPC projects from pre-construction through project completion. This role is responsible for project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, subcontractor management, financial performance, and overall project delivery.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3>Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead Design-Build and Process EPC projects from planning through close-out<\/li>\n<li>Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, procurement, and forecasting<\/li>\n<li>Oversee project profitability (P&amp;L) and financial reporting<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors<\/li>\n<li>Lead and mentor Project Engineers, Assistant Project Managers, Superintendents, and field teams<\/li>\n<li>Manage project documentation, contracts, change orders, and reporting<\/li>\n<li>Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate inspections, commissioning, and final project turnover<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Required<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Business-level or higher Japanese language proficiency<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor&#039;s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field<\/li>\n<li>7+ years of Project Management experience in the construction industry<\/li>\n<li>Experience managing industrial construction, Design-Build, or EPC projects<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, procurement, contract administration, and project financial management<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Procore<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manufacturing or industrial facility construction experience<\/li>\n<li>Master&#039;s degree in a related field<\/li>\n<li>Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"","_company_name":"","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[],"job-types":[],"class_list":["post-25811","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job-listings\/25811","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job-listings"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/job_listing"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=25811"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"job_listing_category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job-categories?post=25811"},{"taxonomy":"job_listing_type","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job-types?post=25811"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
