The Accounting Manager will also supervise accounting staff, support audits, and provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage and support accounting staff responsible for AP, AR, and financial operations<\/li>\n<li>Review and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and financial reports<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and cash flow<\/li>\n<li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, semiannual, and annual cash flow forecasts and reports<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain short-term and long-term cash flow plans<\/li>\n<li>Lead the company\u2019s budgeting process and prepare periodic budgets<\/li>\n<li>Prepare monthly revenue and profit forecasts<\/li>\n<li>Analyze budget-to-actual variances and report findings to senior management<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with Procurement, Production Control, Engineering, and other departments regarding payment and receivable forecasts<\/li>\n<li>Manage annual financial audits and other external audits<\/li>\n<li>Assign responsibilities, establish goals, evaluate performance, and support the development of accounting team members<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and applicable accounting standards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting or a combination of relevant education and experience<\/li>\n<li>Approximately 10 years of accounting experience, including Accounting Manager-level responsibilities<\/li>\n<li>Strong experience managing AP, AR, general ledger, cash flow, and financial reporting<\/li>\n<li>Experience preparing company budgets, forecasts, or long-term business plans<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience managing and developing accounting staff<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work effectively in an international, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel<\/li>\n<li>Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience working for a manufacturing or international company<\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting financial audits<\/li>\n<li>Strong business judgment and the ability to communicate effectively with employees and management at all levels<\/li>\n<li>Ability to prepare clear and effective financial reports<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Some domestic travel may be required, with occasional international travel.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"","_company_name":"","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[],"job-types":[],"class_list":["post-25745","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job-listings\/25745","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job-listings"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/job_listing"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=25745"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"job_listing_category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job-categories?post=25745"},{"taxonomy":"job_listing_type","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job-types?post=25745"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
