This role is responsible for coordinating air import and export shipments, preparing shipping documentation, communicating with customers and carriers, and ensuring compliance with transportation regulations.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate and manage air import and export shipments from start to finish.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and process shipping documents, including airway bills, invoices, and customs-related paperwork.<\/li>\n<li>Open and maintain shipment files using the company&#039;s freight management system.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with airlines, overseas agents, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely shipment movement.<\/li>\n<li>Track shipments and provide customers with shipment status updates.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with TSA regulations and company procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Resolve shipment issues and proactively communicate solutions to customers and stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate shipment records.<\/li>\n<li>Support cost control initiatives and continuous process improvements.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient daily operations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Qualifications<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum <strong>2 years of air export operations experience<\/strong> preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Freight forwarding industry experience highly preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Air import experience is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with <strong>GoFreight<\/strong> software is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent customer service and communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in written and spoken English.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"","_company_name":"","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[],"job-types":[],"class_list":["post-25737","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job-listings\/25737","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job-listings"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/job_listing"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=25737"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"job_listing_category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job-categories?post=25737"},{"taxonomy":"job_listing_type","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job-types?post=25737"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
