Introduction:<\/strong><\/p>\n

We are looking for a motivated, part-time or possibility full-time Inventory Controller at our site in Sunnyvale. This position will have standard hours of 8:00AM \u2013Noon or possibly part time with some flexibility to skew as needed and the possibility of being on-call for evening and\/or weekend shipments. This position requires extended periods of standing, lifting, sitting, bending, pushing and pulling in accordance with OSHA and NIOSH guidelines.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Job Duties:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The duties of Part-Time Inventory Controller include but are not limited to the following:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Responsible for parts inventory tracking, reporting and update based on parts arriving and departing site using proprietary company software.<\/li>\n
  • Responsible for notifying FSEs of parts arrival.<\/li>\n
  • Transfer of parts to and from the office to the customer site in Santa Clara as needed.<\/li>\n
  • Prepare parts for shipment and receiving.<\/li>\n
  • Support parts shipments with shipping carriers.<\/li>\n
  • Support arranging urgent parts shipments with shipping carriers.<\/li>\n
  • Support parts inventory tracking at Company and customer warehouses.<\/li>\n
  • Support Import\/Export policy and workflow.<\/li>\n
  • Perform physical inventory counts twice a year<\/li>\n
  • Maintain stock of office supplies and make order requests to HQ as necessary.<\/li>\n
  • Support analytical equipment calibration requests.<\/li>\n
  • Support administrative work as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Training:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Training in proprietary software applications will be provided.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Must be able to read, write, and converse in English. Japanese is a PLUS.<\/li>\n
    • Must be able to get badged at our customer facility.<\/li>\n
    • Must be able to operate standard office software including Office suite and must be proficient in MS Excel.<\/li>\n
    • Must be able maintain and update various performance reports.<\/li>\n
    • Must be able to work legally in the United States.<\/li>\n
    • Must have a valid Driver License and reliable vehicle.<\/li>\n
    • Must be able to operate a pallet jack, being able to drive a small delivery truck is a PLUS.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Pay: Up to $26.00 per hour<\/p>\n
