Position Summary<\/h2>\n

We are seeking a Business Development Associate (M&A \/ Investment Planning)<\/strong> to support the company's corporate development initiatives. This position is ideal for candidates interested in building a career in M&A, investment planning, and corporate strategy\u2014even if they do not have direct M&A experience.<\/p>\n

You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external advisors throughout the M&A process, including financial analysis, due diligence, valuation support, and transaction execution.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n

  • Support M&A projects from initial evaluation through closing<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate financial, accounting, tax, and legal due diligence<\/li>\n
  • Prepare financial models, presentations, and investment materials<\/li>\n
  • Collaborate with internal business units and external advisors<\/li>\n
  • Assist with contract negotiations and transaction execution<\/li>\n
  • Conduct market and business research to support investment decisions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications<\/h2>\n

    Required<\/h3>\n

    • Bachelor's degree or above<\/li>\n
    • Experience in one of the following:\n
        \n
      • Corporate sales (B2B)<\/li>\n
      • Corporate planning<\/li>\n
      • Project management<\/li>\n
      • Finance or business administration<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
      • Strong analytical and numerical skills<\/li>\n
      • Basic understanding of finance, accounting, tax, or corporate law<\/li>\n
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)<\/li>\n
      • Strong interest in M&A and corporate investment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Preferred<\/h3>\n

        • Experience in M&A, investment, consulting, banking, or corporate finance<\/li>\n
        • Professional certifications such as CPA, Tax Accountant, or Attorney<\/li>\n
