Hybrid:<\/strong> On-site 4 days \/ Remote Wednesdays<\/p>\n

Position Summary<\/h2>\n

We are looking for a Japanese-English bilingual Sales Support Coordinator<\/strong> to support customer orders, quotations, sales documentation, and communication with customers and vendors.<\/p>\n

No previous sales experience is required.<\/strong> Training will be provided, making this a great opportunity for someone looking to start or develop their career in an office environment.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Responsibilities<\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Communicate with customers and vendors in Japanese and English<\/li>\n
  • Process customer orders and prepare quotations<\/li>\n
  • Enter and maintain sales data<\/li>\n
  • Review sales orders and invoices<\/li>\n
  • Prepare sales and shipping reports<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate with internal departments to support daily operations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications<\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Business-level Japanese and English required<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Able to commute to the Irving office<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Basic Microsoft Office skills<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Good communication and organizational skills<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Office, customer service, administrative, or sales support experience is a plus, but not required<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Candidates with temporary U.S. work authorization, including spouses of expatriates, are welcome to apply if they are authorized to work in the U.S. and have at least three years remaining on their authorized stay.<\/p>\n
