This role involves coordinating customer and supplier transactions, preparing sales documentation, supporting import\/export operations, and providing administrative assistance to the sales team.<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare quotations by translating documents from Japanese to English<\/li>\n<li>Create and process purchase orders, invoices, and sales orders<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate parts procurement with customers and suppliers<\/li>\n<li>Record sales transactions and support accounts receivable collections<\/li>\n<li>Prepare import\/export documentation, including commercial invoices and customs-related paperwork<\/li>\n<li>Assist with occasional shipping activities<\/li>\n<li>Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Business-level Japanese and English communication skills (spoken and written.
