{"id":25701,"date":"2026-07-13T23:17:04","date_gmt":"2026-07-13T23:17:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/job\/062669\/"},"modified":"2026-07-13T23:17:04","modified_gmt":"2026-07-13T23:17:04","slug":"062669","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/en\/job\/062669\/","title":{"rendered":"Sales Coordinator"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Industry:<\/strong> Manufacturing<\/p>\n<p><strong>Compensation:<\/strong> $55,000\u2013$65,000 annually (DOE)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Location:<\/strong> Hybrid (Office-based; work from home on Mondays)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Benefits:<\/strong> Comprehensive benefits package available.<\/p>\n<h3>Required Qualifications<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>High school diploma or equivalent required.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, account management, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>Manufacturing industry experience required.<\/li>\n<li>Experience using SAP is required.<\/li>\n<li>Intermediate Excel skills required (pivot tables, formulas, data management).<\/li>\n<li>Salesforce experience is preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Bilingual English\/Japanese is preferred but not required.<\/li>\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to maintain confidentiality.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work overtime with short notice when business needs require.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. daily and perform standard office physical activities including sitting, standing, walking, reaching, and using a computer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Process quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, and related documentation for assigned customers.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate delivery schedules and communicate with customers, sales representatives, regional sales managers, and internal departments.<\/li>\n<li>Review contracts and purchase orders for accuracy and compliance.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain product availability information and communicate updates as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate custom specifications, service requests, product transfers, and machine configuration details.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare shipping and transportation documents including commercial invoices, packing lists, airway bills, shipping instructions, and booking transportation.<\/li>\n<li>Manage billing processes, including invoices, down payments, RMAs, and order tracking.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor order status and proactively provide updates to customers and internal stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Serve as the primary internal point of contact for assigned customer accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Provide reception and incoming call support as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain proficiency in SAP through internal and external training.<\/li>\n<li>Deliver exceptional customer service while supporting Regional Sales Managers and the sales team.<\/li>\n<li>May be assigned additional duties by management as business needs require.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"","_company_name":"","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[],"job-types":[],"class_list":["post-25701","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job-listings\/25701","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job-listings"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/job_listing"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=25701"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"job_listing_category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job-categories?post=25701"},{"taxonomy":"job_listing_type","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job-types?post=25701"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
