Position Overview<\/h2>\n

Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Japanese-English Bilingual Program Manager<\/strong> to support startup acceleration and innovation programs. This role will work closely with various stakeholders in both the U.S. and Japan to ensure successful program implementation, operational excellence, and participant engagement.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n

Program Implementation & Operations<\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Develop and execute implementation strategies for startup acceleration programs.<\/li>\n
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to establish annual goals, deliverables, and success metrics.<\/li>\n
  • Manage end-to-end program operations while ensuring compliance with timelines and program requirements.<\/li>\n
  • Monitor program progress and make strategic adjustments to achieve desired outcomes.<\/li>\n
  • Analyze program performance and identify opportunities for process improvements and greater impact.<\/li>\n
  • Prepare and deliver progress reports to internal and external stakeholders.<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate communications among startups, corporate partners, government organizations, and other stakeholders.<\/li>\n
  • Support program logistics, scheduling, and operational planning.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Stakeholder Management<\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Build strong relationships with program participants and partners.<\/li>\n
    • Facilitate effective communication across multicultural and cross-functional teams.<\/li>\n
    • Serve as a key point of contact for Japanese and English-speaking stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Qualifications<\/h2>\n
        \n
      • Minimum 3 years of professional work experience<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
      • Experience working with Japanese companies, government agencies, or international business environments is highly preferred.<\/li>\n
      • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.<\/li>\n
      • Expert level fluency in both Japanese and English (written and verbal) required.<\/strong><\/li>\n
      • Strong project and program management skills.<\/li>\n
      • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.<\/li>\n
      • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.<\/li>\n
      • Flexible, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.<\/li>\n
      • Passion for innovation, entrepreneurship, and supporting emerging companies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Schedule & Availability<\/h2>\n

        • Daily on-site attendance required at the Cambridge, MA office.<\/li>\n
        • During intensive program periods, candidates must be available for full on-site support.<\/li>\n
