Join a global Japanese manufacturing company as a Business Planning Administrator<\/strong> supporting executive management and business planning operations.<\/p>\n

This position is ideal for candidates with experience in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Administrative Support<\/strong> who enjoy working with budgets, financial data, reporting, and cross-functional projects in an international environment.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Assist with budgeting, business planning, and financial reporting<\/li>\n
  • Analyze operational and financial data and prepare reports for management<\/li>\n
  • Support cost accounting data management and reconcile data discrepancies<\/li>\n
  • Prepare presentations and business documents<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate business planning activities, internal audits, and special projects<\/li>\n
  • Communicate with headquarters in Japan and internal teams across the U.S.<\/li>\n
  • Travel to manufacturing facilities in Mexico as needed (approximately 20%)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications<\/h3>\n

    Required<\/strong><\/p>\n

    • Fluent in Japanese and English (spoken and written)<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Experience in accounting, finance, business administration, or administrative support<\/li>\n
    • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills<\/li>\n
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Preferred<\/strong><\/p>\n

      • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)<\/li>\n
      • Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, or business planning<\/li>\n
      • Experience supporting management or corporate planning functions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
