The HR Manager will play a key role in driving employee engagement, strengthening labor relations, and aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 14px\">Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Develop HR practices, processes and strategies which align with the overall business strategy<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Develop and implement recruitment processes (hourly and salary)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Overseeing the plant recruitment processes<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Accessing the need for training and the designing and implementing training programs according.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Developing and maintaining positive relationships between the company and its unionized employees<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">\u00a0Handling contract negotiations, grievances and arbitration (level 4 and arbitration)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Overseeing employee relations, including policies, performance management, discipline and terminations<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Ensuring that company procedures comply with employment regulations.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Managing company\u2019s appraisal system and providing feedback to plant managers.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Coaching and counseling management on policies and procedures<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Develop and lead programs and procedures which promotes a positive employee relations environment.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3><strong style=\"font-size: 14px\">Qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#039;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).<\/li>\n<li>5+ years of progressive HR experience in a manufacturing environment; automotive industry experience is preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting multiple manufacturing sites is highly desirable.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working in a unionized manufacturing environment, including labor relations or collective bargaining, is preferred but not required.<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of HR systems, metrics, employment law, and data-driven decision making.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with Japanese business culture and communication style is a strong plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong style=\"font-size: 14px\">Leadership<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Direct supervisory responsibility for HR staff and professionals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><\/h3>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"","_company_name":"","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[],"job-types":[],"class_list":["post-25673","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job-listings\/25673","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job-listings"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/job_listing"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=25673"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"job_listing_category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job-categories?post=25673"},{"taxonomy":"job_listing_type","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job-types?post=25673"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
