{"id":25621,"date":"2026-07-02T19:39:58","date_gmt":"2026-07-02T19:39:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/job\/062587\/"},"modified":"2026-07-02T19:39:58","modified_gmt":"2026-07-02T19:39:58","slug":"062587","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/en\/job\/062587\/","title":{"rendered":"Sales support &amp; Marketing Specialist"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong style=\"font-size: 14px\">A leading global logistics company is currently seeking a <\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Sales support &amp; Marketing Specialist<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 14px\">Job Title: Sales &amp; Marketing Specialist *Japanese Bilingual<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 14px\">Location: Wood Dale, IL (Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1-day WFH)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 14px\">Salary: 50K-60K \/year  (DOE) <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 14px\">Purpose:<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">\u00a0\u00a0Assist the sales manager and team by providing mainly \u201cinside\u201d administrative and customer service support.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 14px\">Essential Duties:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Basic Contact with Existing and Prospective Customers\u00a0(10%)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Communication and coordination with HO and branch departments\u00a0(15%)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Administrative \u2013 utilization of\u00a0computers to research, create and maintain databases and reports, create and maintain marketing and sales materials, manage and enforce salesforce with CSHQ and network\u00a0(75%)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 14px\">Technical<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Maintain industry and market database, files, and information<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Prepare and support major client quotations. Bids and RFQs through coordination and database creation<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Communicate with customers to provide the information and\/or seek information to assist<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Customer service support for new and existing sales programs<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Use Customer and prospect contact activities, tools, and systems to update relevant information in these systems.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 14px\">General Operations support\u00a0and interface functions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Close interface to Import and Export functions, including document breakdowns and preparation of consolidation packages, and orientation on the needs and specifications of specific customers.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Coordinate with import, export, and warehouse staff as appropriate to assure quality and obtain customer-requested information.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 14px\">Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Professional-level Japanese and English language proficiency with the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), with the ability to create reports, presentations, and other business documents efficiently.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Experience in the logistics industry is preferred.
