What You'll Do<\/h2>\n
    \n
  • Manage and support existing distributor and dealer accounts<\/li>\n
  • Maintain strong relationships with business partners<\/li>\n
  • Process customer orders and prepare invoices<\/li>\n
  • Create reports and analyze sales data using Excel<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate with internal departments and headquarters<\/li>\n
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email<\/li>\n
  • Support Sales Representatives with day-to-day operations<\/li>\n
  • Assist with marketing initiatives and other cross-functional projects as needed<\/li>\n
  • Occasionally travel to customer sites or trade shows<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications<\/h2>\n

    Required<\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Business-level English<\/li>\n
    • Strong Microsoft Excel skills<\/li>\n
    • Basic PC proficiency<\/li>\n
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills<\/li>\n
    • Detail-oriented and proactive<\/li>\n
    • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Preferred<\/h3>\n

      • Sales or account management experience<\/li>\n
      • Distributor or dealer management experience<\/li>\n
      • Retail, consumer goods, food, or appliance industry experience<\/li>\n
      • Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and other Excel functions<\/li>\n
      • Japanese, Korean, Chinese, or Vietnamese language skills (not required)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
