This is a <strong>COO-track<\/strong> position: candidates with <strong>GM-level experience<\/strong> are welcome.<\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and execute <strong>corporate strategy<\/strong> and <strong>revenue growth strategy<\/strong> for the U.S. business<\/li>\n<li>Provide end-to-end leadership across <strong>sales channels (Retail \/ E-commerce \/ Wholesale)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Plan and execute <strong>branding strategies<\/strong> to maximize brand value<\/li>\n<li>Drive <strong>strategic decision-making and resource allocation<\/strong> to achieve business KPIs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Required Qualifications \/ Profile<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong <strong>English communication<\/strong> skills for business use (calls, emails, meetings)<\/li>\n<li>Extensive experience in <strong>apparel branding<\/strong> and <strong>retail management<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Solid understanding of the <strong>value chain, including SCM<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Management experience in overseas businesses<\/strong> that include manufacturing and sales<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to lead <strong>cross-functional business operations<\/strong> across multiple departments<\/li>\n<li><strong>Strategic thinking<\/strong> with the ability to <strong>design KPIs<\/strong> and run <strong>data-driven PDCA<\/strong> cycles<\/li>\n<li>High interpersonal skills and <strong>leadership<\/strong> to build trust with internal and external stakeholders<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preferred Qualifications<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>U.S. work experience<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>B2B \/ wholesale<\/strong> business experience in international markets<\/li>\n<li><strong>DENIM production knowledge is a big plus (not mandatory)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span class=\"ql-cursor\">\ufeff<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Disclaimer: This job description is a sample and is for reference purposes only.
