The ideal candidate will have experience in mechanical design, PLC programming, electrical wiring, and equipment troubleshooting in a manufacturing environment.<\/p>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Design manufacturing processes and develop jig specifications based on production time and workflow analysis.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare jig specifications and coordinate with equipment manufacturers and vendors regarding technical requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Design new jigs and modify existing jigs using 3D CAD software.<\/li>\n<li>Select, source, and procure mechanical components for jigs and automation equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Assemble mechanical jigs and fixtures.<\/li>\n<li>Select and procure electrical components.<\/li>\n<li>Perform electrical wiring for jigs and automation equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and modify PLC and HMI (Touch Panel) programs.<\/li>\n<li>Repair, troubleshoot, and fine-tune manufacturing equipment and jigs.<\/li>\n<li>Configure and adjust industrial robots (primarily FANUC robots) and machine vision systems (KEYENCE cameras and sensors).<\/li>\n<li>Perform machining operations using milling machines, lathes, drill presses, and other machine tools to fabricate mechanical parts.<\/li>\n<li>Support continuous improvement activities to enhance manufacturing efficiency and equipment reliability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Required Qualifications<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#039;s degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with 3D CAD software for mechanical design.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with PLC programming and HMI development.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of electrical wiring and control systems.<\/li>\n<li>Experience assembling and troubleshooting automation equipment or manufacturing jigs.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings.<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on machining experience (milling machine, lathe, drill press, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with industrial robots and machine vision systems is preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving and communication skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preferred Qualifications<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with FANUC industrial robots.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with KEYENCE vision systems and sensors.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in manufacturing automation and fixture design.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with pneumatic systems, including air-cylinder-driven mechanisms.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with small to medium-sized automation equipment and tabletop assembly fixtures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Work Environment<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Hands-on role involving mechanical assembly, equipment setup, electrical wiring, and machine adjustment.<\/li>\n<li>Frequent collaboration with equipment suppliers, manufacturing, and engineering teams.<\/li>\n<li>Combination of office-based design work and factory floor support.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"","_company_name":"","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[],"job-types":[],"class_list":["post-25508","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job-listings\/25508","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job-listings"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/job_listing"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=25508"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"job_listing_category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job-categories?post=25508"},{"taxonomy":"job_listing_type","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job-types?post=25508"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
