A well-established global manufacturer is seeking a Customer Service \/ Supply Chain Coordinator to support end-to-end order management and customer service operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, international environment while collaborating with customers, logistics providers, manufacturing sites, and internal teams.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Position Summary<\/h2>\n

This position is responsible for managing the complete order-to-cash process, ensuring on-time and accurate order fulfillment, invoice accuracy, and excellent customer service. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to support supply chain operations, resolve order issues, and maintain strong customer relationships.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n
    \n
  • Manage customer orders from order entry through invoicing and delivery.<\/li>\n
  • Ensure timely and accurate order processing while supporting On-Time In-Full (OTIF) performance goals.<\/li>\n
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, sales teams, manufacturing facilities, warehouses, and logistics providers.<\/li>\n
  • Monitor and troubleshoot ERP system issues affecting order processing, shipments, or invoicing.<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate electronic customer orders (EDI) and maintain accurate customer master data.<\/li>\n
  • Prepare commercial and proforma invoices for international shipments, including Letters of Credit, bank drafts, and advance payment transactions.<\/li>\n
  • Ensure compliance with Incoterms, pricing policies, and customer order requirements.<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate customs documentation and shipping paperwork in compliance with U.S. and international trade regulations.<\/li>\n
  • Collaborate with multiple distribution centers and manufacturing sites to optimize shipment planning.<\/li>\n
  • Maintain accurate customer records and prepare reports as needed.<\/li>\n
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Supply Chain organization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications<\/h2>\n

    Required<\/h3>\n
      \n
    • High School Diploma or equivalent.<\/li>\n
    • 2\u20134 years of experience in Customer Service, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Order Management.<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Experience supporting B2B, retail, and customer fulfillment operations.<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Working knowledge of logistics, distribution, and supply chain processes.<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Experience using ERP systems.<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n
    • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.<\/li>\n
    • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.<\/li>\n
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive business information professionally.<\/li>\n
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.<\/u><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Preferred<\/h3>\n
        \n
      • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.<\/li>\n
      • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV or similar ERP systems.<\/li>\n
      • Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) customer service or supply chain experience.<\/li>\n
