Position: Logistics Coordinator<\/strong><\/p>\n

Position Summary<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Major Japanese corporation is seeking a detail-oriented Business Coordinator to support international and domestic trade operations in their Food department. This role is responsible for preparing contracts, managing shipping arrangements, and processing documentation such as Bills for Collection and Letters of Credit. The ideal candidate is highly organized, accurate, and able to communicate effectively with both suppliers and customers to ensure smooth transactions.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Prepare and process import\/export and domestic trade documentation for multiple products<\/li>\n
  • Create and issue purchase and sales contracts, ensuring accuracy of all details<\/li>\n
  • Maintain accounts receivable and payable records and track payments<\/li>\n
  • Prepare paperwork for Bills for Collection and Letters of Credit in coordination with the Finance Department<\/li>\n
  • Communicate with customers and suppliers regarding shipping arrangements and documentation updates<\/li>\n
  • Track shipments through to final delivery and update records accordingly<\/li>\n
  • Set up and maintain department files and records<\/li>\n
  • Support other administrative and business projects as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Relevant experience in trade operations, logistics, or business administration<\/li>\n
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook<\/li>\n
    • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills<\/li>\n
