Job Summary \/ Basic Function<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The Planning Analyst supports the Planning Department by compiling, analyzing, and reporting business data, including performance results, forecasts, and market trends. This role contributes to the development of strategic and tactical plans aligned with company objectives and is responsible for preparing business reports, presentation materials, and meeting documentation.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Analyze results versus budget plans

  • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred<\/li>\n
  • 2+ years of experience in business analysis or planning<\/li>\n
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Japanese<\/strong><\/li>\n
