Japanese Bilingual"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Title:<\/strong> Translator\/Coordinator &#8211; Japanese Bilingual<\/p>\n<p><strong>Location:<\/strong> Carrollton, GA<\/p>\n<p><strong>Salary Range:<\/strong> $65K-$75k for experience candidates.<\/p>\n<p>*Will discuss salary for candidates without professional interpreter\/translator experience<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>General Purpose of the Job<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Provide support to Japanese expatriate associates and families by assisting with language support for relocation, personal (occasional) and work related business.\u00a0Provide Executive team, Administration and Human Resources administrative support.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Four-year College or university; or one to two years related experience and\/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.<\/li>\n<li>Two (2) years\u2019 experience in an office setting and two (2) years\u2019 experience conducting simultaneous translation of Japanese and English is preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Translate written and verbal meetings and documents in <span>Japanese and English<\/span> using Microsoft Office applications.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Support live translation for meetings<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Translate and interpret Japanese and American communications facilitating accurate inter-cultural relationships.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Assist Japanese staff with personal business (bank accounts, social security numbers, driver\u2019s license, household accounts, home search, etc.)<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Assist Japanese staff with orientation (handbook translation, email accounts, cell phones, etc.)<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Assist with immigration administration.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Provide Administrative support within the Human Resources group with an emphasis on Japanese American cultural relationships.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Answer in-coming phone calls and greeting guests.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Assist with visitor arrangements for special meetings and events.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Administer mail services.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Interpret and translate policy and procedure.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Provide Administration department clerical tasks as assigned.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Other tasks as required by Leadership team.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Coordinate development of companies Monozukuri and NY Circle programs within H.R. and manufacturing operations.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"","_company_name":"","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[],"job-types":[],"class_list":["post-25451","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>Translator and Interpreter - Japanese Bilingual - Pasona N A, Inc. | Your Career Partner<\/title>\n<meta name=\"robots\" content=\"index, follow, max-snippet:-1, max-image-preview:large, max-video-preview:-1\" \/>\n<link rel=\"canonical\" href=\"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/en\/job\/062436\/\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:locale\" content=\"en_US\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:type\" content=\"article\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:title\" content=\"Translator and Interpreter - Japanese Bilingual - Pasona N A, Inc. | Your Career Partner\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:description\" content=\"Title: Translator\/Coordinator &#8211;
